Call Park Greyed out RRS feed

  • Question

  • Hi All,

I'm trying to configure call park. I have enabled Call Park on Voice Policy and configured call park with a number range #500 to #505 as per http://windowspbx.blogspot.com.au/2015/06/enabling-skype-for-business-server.html

When I try to park call in the S4B client, the call park is greyed out !!. I have logged out and logged in back to the client server time, but Call Park is still Greyed out.

  • Thanks Alice i was using S4B client basic version which has its limitation for the call park. I installed the full S4B version, and i can put the call on park.

  • Hi channavera,

Please check if the issue just appeared on the specific user.

In order to narrow down the issue, please try to use another normal SFB client check if there is the same issue.

If the issue only appeared on the specific user, please try to run the command Get-CsUser to compare user attributes between the affected user and other normal users. Or you could try to disable the user in SFB control panel and re-enable it again then test again.

Moreover, please also run then command Get-CsManagementStoreReplicationStatus to check the status of CMS, if it is not the latest, please try to run the command to force CMS replicate: Invoke-CsManagementStoreReplication

  • Hi channavera,

    Thanks for your response.

For SFB standard edition, you could also try to invoke CMS update, did you try to run the command in SFB management shell?

For your issue, could you please give us a screenshot?

  • Hi channavera,

    Thanks for your response.

The reason to check the status of CMS is that the policy information is stored in CMS, so if the CMS without the latest update, it may be not applied to the users.

Please also check if you have the correct steps to enable call park for users
