Remote Users For SFB2015 client are getting Sign-In and Sign-Out frequently RRS feed

  • Question

  • Remote Users For SFB2015 client are getting Sign-In and Sign-Out frequently. We have SFB2015 environment but Edge servers are still Lync2013 which are facing internet. remote users are facing this issue but inside Corporate network\VPN it is working fine, but due to COVID-19 all are WFH so users are facing the issue.

I have researched found issue related to certificate but that is not happening to all users, few users having issue even users Cert ihave deleted Manully from Client PC same issue.

    On Snooper only getting ,

ms-diagnostics-public: 2139;reason="Terminating old subscription since new subscription dialog took over the previous one"

    SIP/2.0 481 Call Leg/Transaction Does Not Exist.

    Thanks,

    Rauf

  • Hi Rauf!

Does this issue persist on all remote users or partly?

Do you have any operations before this issue persist?

In order to narrow down this issue, please run the command “Test-CsFederatedpartner” to verify the ability to connect to a federated domain.

Moreover, it recommends you check your DNS configuration on Edge Server and certificate requirements on edge servers.

Also, you can try to check if you have configured an external policy to support remote user access.

If the above suggestions are no luck,  you can also use Lync connectivity analyzer(Link is: https://testconnectivity.microsoft.com/ ) to see if there is any error.
