Hi,
I want to confirm with you:
1. If problem happens recently? Any change such as new installation, update and etc. had been done before problem happens?
2. Please confirm that if such problem happens on specific user account or client system -> try to establish RDP from different client system using same user account, and try to establish RDP from one client system using different user account.
Once such problem happens, please log on session host server directly and open Task Manager – Resources to make sure that there is available free resources.
Besides, select to Details tab, if "Windows Audio Device Graph Isolation" process exists, try to manually disable this process and confirm that if it is helpful.

Hi,
If possible, please try to enable and apply GP -> Do not display last user name in logon screen Group Policy – and check the result.
