Windows 7 printer update

I want to install HP Deskjet printer 3820, but when i try updating the windows printer update it keeps popping up this message "windows was unable to get a list of devices from Windows update, please try again later". What do i do to resolve this? HP Deskjet 3820 has no driver but alternative driver HP Deskjet 970Cse, so there is no way i know to do this without updating my Windows printer update. So please i need your help to solve this. THANKS

Hi,

You can download it via "HP Deskjet 3820 Color Inkjet Printer Drivers".
Please select operating system (Windows 7, Vista...) on that page.
