  • Hi shadowtuck,

    Based on my research, I found a similar issue as the user in your environment, you need to check the settings in her IOS device, check the settings under General > Privacy > Microphone, details you could refer to the following blog:

    In addition, if the way above could not fix this issue, you could try to let the user login the other device to check whether have the same issue. If all things show fine in other device, you could try to update the IOS and SFB client version to the latest, and check whether fix this issue.
