  • Hi madhu gowda,

Welcome to post in our forum.

For Lync mobile client, it almost the same as Lync profile on desktop computer. The data includes sign in information, address book and contacts will be stored.

For Lync server 2010, conversations and calls on Lync Mobile devices are not synchronized with the user's Microsoft Exchange mailbox. It means that conversations that occur on your Lync mobile device will be displayed only on that device’s conversation history and nowhere else.

Lync Server 2010 provides mobility policies that determine who can use mobility features, Call via Work, voice over IP (VoIP) or video, and whether WIFI will be required for either VoIP or video, there seems no policy restrict Lync mobile save data.
The following document describes Lync mobility policy for Lync server 2010, please refer to
    https://technet.microsoft.com/en-gb/library/hh690021%28v=ocs.14%29.aspx?f=255&MSPPError=-2147217396

If you use SFB server 2015, the value of AllowSaveCallLogs is true by default, and the client will keep around 100 entries of either. If the saving of this data is not allowed, set the values to False.

Hope this reply is helpful to you.
