Lync Test device not updating RRS feed

  • I have uploaded a new Polycom CX firmware to my Lync server.   Now my test device is not triggerd to update.

    I do see the POST commands :

    The Phone status is 0x0/200 but I never see the second GET request in the log.

  • Problem solved.  I used to work with Global test devices. I'm not sure if this is has been changed in one of the updates, but now I have check with a Site Test Device, the update is tiggered an ran correctly

  • I have the same issue.  After a certain point, I was no longer able to use the "Global" scope.  I had to re-create all of the test devices and change them to "Site" scope.  Just interesting...
