  • Hi,

Do you have any other errors on your FE server (Eventlog)?

    Latest updates for Lync installed?

  • Hi,

Please refer to the following article to make sure your Lync is installed the latest version.

    https://blogs.technet.microsoft.com/uclobby/2013/09/05/lync-server-2010-cumulative-update-list/

By the way, did you install the patch KB 4338818 or KB 4338823? The two patches might impact some functions of Skype for Business.

    Operating System

    Impacted Update

    Update which must be applied

    Windows Server 2008R2 SP1

    KB 4338823

    KB 4345459

    KB 4338818

    KB 4338821

Please uninstall the corresponding patch to test if it works.

As Holger said, would you please further check out the event log in your front end server? You will be able to get more information on the issue logging from that.

    Best Regards,
    Leon Lu
