10027 - Normal termination response from gateway after the call was established RRS feed

  • I have user that complains that calls are dropped.

    The call comes in to a response group and the user answers.

    I then see:
    51000; reason="Call terminated by transferee on successful transfer"
    I guess that says that the response group is dropping the call and connecting the user that answered to the call?

    And then when the user says that the call was dropped after a few minutes I see this in the logg:
    10027  reason="Normal termination response from gateway after the call was established"

    What does that mean? Is our sip gateway dropping the call? Or did somebody hang up the call?

    Looks like it is the gateway dropping the call.

    Is there same issue for the direct lync client users?

    Please create other response group and check the issue again.

    The issue has not been resolved. Some calls still get the 10027 error. The issue appears on direct calls as well.

    Recreating the response group did not help.

    We are also experiencing this as intermittent issue, where call drop with 10027 error. Tried investigating traces but no luck!

  • did you ever resolve this we see the same issues happen quite frequently, we use Pure-Ip and this is annoying that out of 900 calls a day we see about 20 drops with this error code
