Hi,
It sounds like there are ohphaned OCS attributes still present on AD. You can use following link to find the attributes and clean them.

Have you ran the "Merge OCS 2007 ..." in the topology builder again after uninstalling the old OCS?
You need to run it again to let Lync know you have removed it.
