I have 2-3 users with Windows 10 Home laptops not able to connect to map drive.

it is always showing wrong password.

the credentials is correct because if we use the login on a Windows 10 Pro laptop it works but not on Windows 10 Home.

the users are external users who do not login frequently.

the map drive is a SNAP server.
