how can i recover deleted conversation history on linc 2010 RRS feed

Answers

  • The Outlook Conversation History folder is located on Exchange, not Lync.  So this really depends on your recovery options that are configured within Exchange/Outlook.

  • The Conversation History is stored in mailbox in Exchange Server. You can recover it if you have backed them up.

If the Exchange server back data up, you can find Recover Deleted Items on Folder is active (in outlook 2010).

If it doesn’t, the item grays out.

Click Recover Delete Items, each recovered item is restored to the folder from which it was deleted.

  • Hi,

You can recover the conversation history from outlook (Conversation history folder) if you have email archival or backup.

    Thanks
