How Do I Find Out My Lync 2010 Server Roles RRS feed

  • Hello i have inherited a Lync 2010 system

    i am wanting to add mobile client connectivity so users can use there phones and tables to stay connected to our Lync infrastructure.

    i am in the planning stage i want to know how to find out the server roles that are installed in my infrastructure.?

    you can get it by running Get-CsWindowsService on Lync management shell and form running the topology builder from the Lync Server or running topology on Lync server control panel.

  • Get-CSWindowsService does not give you the role in any kind of way/shape or form...

    We need a way to run a CMDLET that gives us this information example: Get-ExchangeServer | ft name,serverrole
