  • SFB client unable to search specific user by his Full name or fist name or last name when searched by any user. 

    Others are working good. - issue only with a specific user. 

    any suggestions would be appreciated.

    Does the affected user have Lync client policy assigned to him/her?

  • If this is a newly enabled Skype user, try waiting for 24-48 hours. If not, check the user's AD attributes and verify if the attribute msexchhidefromaddreslist is set to 'true'.

  • Hi Ganga Raju,

    Because this issue only appeared on the specific user, please try to compare user attributes in AD between the affected user and other normal users.

    You could use the command line: Get-CsUser, for details, please refer to
