  • Hi ,

    Can you please help me out if i am inactive in mobile ,it should not show (inactive in mobile).

    Can we have offline instead,do we have any settings for applicaiton to show .

  • Hi Krishna,

    Just confirming if SFB is running in background of your mobile?

    If you want to your SFB shows offline status, you need to sign out the client entirely both in SFB desktop client and mobile client, then it will show offline status a few minutes later.

    If the issue only appears on the specific cell phone instead of all mobile users, I would suggest you reinstall Skype for Business with the latest version on your mobile, and then sign out, check if the status changed.
