KB3172985 failed to install. The system installs and undoes the update. Stopping and restarting the update service did not work. Software is up to date. Defender definitions are current and produce no detections. Event IDs 41 (kernel), 10110 (configuration),
and 10116 (system) are listed in the log. Please have a network administrator check the data machine settings to enable the Network Service account to have the correct permissions or suggest something else.
