Skype for Business Server 2015 - PSTN Calls Report RRS feed

  • I am trying to extract the total PSTN calls between a specified amount of time. Can I get some help in understanding which report should I use?

    Is it Skype for Business server or Skype for Business Online?

    For Online you have the PSTN Usage report that might help you.

    For a on premises server there is not default report for PSTN calls. This might help you (not sure if it still works for Skype4B). https://ucgeek.co/call-accounting/

    If you check the "Call Leg Media Quality Report" you can see how many calls that been placed to your gateway. If you have an SBC it could be possible to get the data from reporting in that software.

    If you have deployed the Monitoring SQL Server in your environment, you could use Monitoring reports, check it in User Activity Report. Depending on your settings select a time frame. Export to CSV and you can filter on records or persons. You could refer to the following picture:

    In addition, as Linus said, you could also check this in the PSTN gateway/SBC in your environment.
