  • Hi Mo.Gan,

According to the logs provided, it may be related to mobility.

You can try to set up the Discovery Address manually in Advanced Options:

    1.Internal discovery

    Address: https://webdir.online.lync.com/Autodiscover/autodiscoverservice.svc/Root

    2.External discovery

    Address: https://webdir.online.lync.com/Autodiscover/autodiscoverservice.svc/Root

In addition, you could try to navigate to General > Reset > Reset Network Settings for your Iphone.

    Best Regards,

    Hi, unfortunately still no luck

    reset network settings

    and put the URL manually

    https://lync-ts.bginternal.com/Autodiscover/autodiscoverservice.svc/Root

this is opened in a web browser without problem (a way to check if it works)

But still problem on iOS 13.x (iOS 12 is ok, Android is ok ..)

  • Hi Mo.Gan,

In my research, IOS 13 has changed some certificate requirements. TLS server certificates must have a validity period of 825 days or fewer. For more details, please refer to Requirements for trusted certificates in iOS 13 and macOS 10.15.

Thanks Sharon but as I said this is already done. We had a 5 year cert, replaced it with a two year one

certificate was reissued for two years validity period (instead of 5 years), no chance

    Still no luck.

As you can see here our cert is valid till 2021

Although the link you provided seems to be useful and I should other conditions and changes. Anyway any help is so appreciated

  • And by the way, does anybody know if Skype 2015 works with wild card certs or not? And does iOS 13 work with such certificates? I'd like to get a wild card cert and put all these pains away if possible.

    Thanks

  • Hi Mo.Gan,

Lync Edge server does not support wildcard certificate, but you can use wildcard certificate on reverse proxy server for mobile users.

There are several documents for your reference:

  • Installed the new iOS update (released two days ago)

    Made the cert SHA2

Time is less than 2 years

    Still no luck :|

Maybe I should check the rest of the requirements
