Cannot receive External Calls: No ring, and they don't go to VoiceMail. Internal calls ok RRS feed

  • We have Lync, and recently a new hire started.  Her phone works great when someone inside our network calls her, but external callers only hear ringing.  Her phone does not ring, and the calls do not go to voicemail.  Everything appears correct when we compare to numbers that do work.  Where should we look to troubleshoot this?

    According your description, it seems only happen with specific user.

    I think please first compare the call forwarding setting on the client side. As below:

    Also compare the user policies: “Get-Csuser xxx”
