Skype for business 2016 gives an error when trying to sign in while being logged on with a mandatory profile RRS feed

  • Question

  • When I try to sign in Skype Enterprise 2016 on a computer in our school with a mandatory profile, I receive the error:

"There was a problem acquiring a personal certificate required to sign in. If the problem continues, please contact your support team."

The moment I change the profile to be a local profile, I am able to sign in without a problem.

I am a technician at the school and am logged in with an administrator account.

Is there a special setting I need to change to make the application work with a mandatory profile?

    Thank you for your help.
