Attendee list not updating in a meeting RRS feed

  • I have a user who is able to participate in online meetings without any problems. When a new attendee joins the meeting her attendee list does not update to show the new attendee, signing out of Lync and re-joining the meeting doesn't resolve this. All others in the meeting show the attendee list fine.

    I'm at a loss to know where to start troubleshooting this.

  • Does it happen if she uses a different client machine (workstation related)? Both internally/externally?

    If so, I would guess there's something wrong with her account. You might try disabling her and re-enabling her account for Lync.
