Hi MGMNVA!
In my research, the meeting content is saved in the Archiving database and you can manage purging of archived data in Skype for Business Server.
1)Using the Control Panel: From a user account that is assigned to the CsArchivingAdministrator or CsAdministrator role, log on to any computer in your internal deployment and you can enable purging of archiving data in the Skype for Business Control
Panel.
2)Using PowerShell: Set-CsArchivingConfiguration cmdlet with the EnablePurging parameter let you enable or disable purging of archived data. If EnablePurging is true, then archived instant
messages will periodically be removed from the database, provided that these instant messages are older than the value specified in the KeepArchivingDataForDays property or have been exported and marked for deletion.
For more details about this cmdlet, you can refer to:
https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/powershell/module/skype/set-csarchivingconfiguration?view=skype-ps
If you want to purge records from the Archiving database manually, you can run “Invoke-CsArchivingDatabasePurge”. The following link shows details about this cmdlet:
https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/powershell/module/skype/invoke-csarchivingdatabasepurge?view=skype-ps

Besides, Check if DFS replication is available (Open Event Viewer-> Application and Services Logs->DFS Replication). Find
all logs related with DFS Replication to see if there are some errors.
For more details about DFS Event ID description, please refer to the following article:
