Work and mobile numbers display in drop down but are greyed out RRS feed

  • I ran into an issue where all of the sudden the Lync client started showing the wrong fields from AD in the client (the AD descprition was showing where job title and department usually show) so I only opened the ABSConfig (I didn't touch anything within) to see the settings but after I closed it and after the next address book sync the work and mobile numbers in the call drop down show but they're greyed out and can't be clicked on. I can open the contact card for a user and click the numbers and call. So I ran the SQL query to restore the address book settings to default, ran the necessary shell commands and it is still displaying but greyed out.

    Any thoughts?

  • Please check the telephony is set to “Enterprise Voice” of Lync users. When the telephony is set the PC-to-PC only, the phone number will gray out.
