  • I can't sign in SFB client on Iphone 8, I have tried uninstall and reinstall the client, but no luck.

    Any ideas?

    Would you please tell us did the issue only happen to specific user or all users had the issue?
    What’s your Skype for business server version, is that SFB server 2015 or Lync server 2013?
    What error message did you receive?
    Is that the same issue with Android device?

    Please help us confirm the questions above.

    For SFB client, please try to install the latest version.

    For SFB server side, please check if there are any event errors.
    1. Make sure you have added the following SANs entries on the public certificate (if you use SAN certificate) such as:
    lyncdiscover.sipdomain.com, extweb.sip.domain.com (extweb is the external web Service FQDN in topology), dialin.sipdomain.com, meet.sipdomain.com.
    2. Make sure you have set port redirect for port 443 to 4443, 80 to port 8080.
    3. On public DNS Server, add the DNS A record lyncdiscover, meet, dialin, extweb to the public IP of Reverse Proxy.
