Skype for Business IM Offline notification mails RRS feed

  • Hi,

    When users busy or away, if a co-workers sends an IMs, if it is not viewed, they will receive “Sender sent you a message in Skype for Business” to their inbox not to "Conversation History" folder. Why it is getting delivered to "inbox"  instead of conversation history?

  • Hi Mr POP,

    By default, the missed IM conversation notification will send to “Inbox” in Outlook, this behavior is by design. If you want to send the mails to the “Conversation History” folder, you could try to create a rule in Outlook which let the mails be sent to the folder.
