HI All,
I have been set a task to produce a capacity planner for our production. I have all the raw data just need some advise on how to build this all within excel.
We are a manufacturing company and produce a wide range of products. we also have set man hours each day and we need to build a planner to ensure that we are not going over hours etc.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
