Application sharing issues.. RRS feed

  • Question

  • Hi,

    Found interesting issue from user...

    Normally when you have P2P call and you start sharing window you send the INVITE message. On that INVITE the SDP contains line:

    m=applicationsharing 56442 TCP/RTP/AVP 127
    a=ice-ufrag:d3Yw

    But in this case user had only:

    m=message 5060 sip null
    a=accept-types:text/plain multipart/alternative image/gif text/rtf text/html application/x-ms-ink application/ms-imdn+xml text/x-msmsgsinvite

    Audio was working just fine, but not app sharing.

    For that user the MRAS on the logs looks fine.

    Is there some connectivities which could be missing. But my problem is, that the client did not even tried to send candidates to other site. Should I see on the logs if some services are not available for user?

    User is on the VPN and no split tunneling enabled.

  • Hi Petri,

    Did the user call and share application to the same user?

    How many users have such problem?

    Is there any error on the client window when the issue happened?

    I suggest check the UCCAPI log to see if there is any diagnostics error.

    Best Regards,
