  • Hi StepGre,

    Can you translate the error into English?

    For this issue, please try the following method:

    1. Delete SFB cache files and test again: %userprofile%\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Office\15.0\Lync\sip_UserName@Domain.com
    2. Try to perform a clean boot on your computer: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/kb/929135
    3. If the issue persists, please try to reinstall the SFB client

    Hope this reply is helpful to you.

    Regards,

    Alice Wang

  • Was the issue resolved for you as we might be facing APPCRASH with some Skype clients as well after last patches. Our Skype for Business version of 8067.2115. I see lines in below in the log Lync-UccApi-0.log

    Line 411: 05/30/2017|12:13:43.867 1AB0:18C INFO  :: CUccMediaDeviceManager::FireTelephonyDeviceCollectionChanged - Telephony device was removed type=0x8 name=<[Echo Cancelling Speakerphone (E240C)], [Speakers (Jabra LINK 360)]>	Line 512: 05/30/2017|12:13:43.928 1AB0:18C INFO  :: CUccMediaDeviceManager::FireTelephonyDeviceCollectionChanged - Telephony device was removed type=0x4 name=<[NULL], [HP E240c (Intel(R) Display Audio)]>	Line 514: 05/30/2017|12:13:43.928 1AB0:18C INFO  :: CUccMediaDeviceManager::FireTelephonyDeviceCollectionChanged - Telephony device was removed type=0x4 name=<[NULL], [Speakers (Conexant SmartAudio HD)]>

    We already did the steps mentioned above and also uninstalled recently applied patches but no avail.
