Re adding a user after deleting AD account and Exchange account, RRS feed

  • I had to delete a AD User account and Exchange account, after the account crashed, and after creating a new account, with the same user ID and mail address and SIP address, I can't add the user into Lync by the Sync Control panel.

    What do I have to do to get the user into my Lync Server again ? Do I have to delete the user informations some place on the Lync server, and how do I do that, or is there some other way to get the user back to use Lync/Skype for Business.

    I hope someone can help me.

  • Did you try enabling from the powershell

    or if its from the Lync control panel , can  you check that you can do a LDAP search for the user and get him in.
