  • Hello,

    When I disconnect from SKYPE ENTERPRISE 2016 on MOBILE and SKYPE on PC, my status is always INACTIVE ON MOBILE and not Offline.

    What can we do about it?

    Instead of disconnecting you just sign out from the all the devices you logged into and see the status.

  • Hi seb91300,

    You said “disconnecting”, is that mean running in background? If you want to your SFB shows offline status, you need to exit the client entirely both in SFB desktop client and mobile client, then it will show offline status a few minutes later.
