I have recreated the user's profile, repaired Office 2016, removed cached exchange mode, and tried safe mode, and the app still crashes. It started happening this morning after Office updates on Friday.

Any ideas on how to find which patch update has caused this? There appears to be quite a lot of updates.

  • I will suggest to use SARA and calcheck tool as it is very difficult to find out problematic patch specially when Microsoft moved outlook logs files to unreadable Etl file format.
