Only langange option to pick is Korean

  Hello;

  I am trying to download an ISO copy of my old Windows 7 Home Premium edtion DVD and the only langange option to pick is Korean!

  After I validate my Key-code it asks me to choose a langauge but the only one to pick is Korean.

  Why would that be?
