Skype for Business - Edit or Remove Picture is greyed out and says: Loading RRS feed

  • Hi,

    I'm using Skype for Business, but my e-mail is via our domain which isn't configured with Office 365 (and can't be).  When I want to add a picture to my account, however, I get the following:


    I read a related post which suggested uploading a picture to my OWA account, which I did, but there's no change even after signing out and back into Skype for Business.

    Welcome to our forum.

    When we import picture from AD or from OWA, then wait a while, the picture will be synced to SFB client. If the picture could not be shown in SFB client when you update it using OWA, please use Windows PowerShell to update it:
