OCS r2 with Phone integration Answer call 'greyed out' RRS feed

  • I have  an OCS 2007 Enterprise server with a mediation server that is integrated into the PBX phone system. For a number of months the system was running ok. The only issue i have is when i try to answer a call that is ringin in my OCS client and is initiated from the PSTN or a handset via the PBX the "ANSWER INCOMING CALL" is greyed out. There is ringing but the answer call is greyed out. The call cannot be answered.

    This issue just started happening with no apparent changes.

    Any ideas?
