Hi,
I had configured IMAP (Outlook 2016) for our user. Mails sent from outlook were not showing in OWA. So i had changed Root folder path to "INBOX". After changing many of his sent mails are missing. Tried re configuring imap but issue didn't
resolved.
Exported his pst from ECP and checked, still few mails in his sent items are missing.
Can someone suggest how to export all sent items?
