one way audio - internal lync and lync online RRS feed

  • Question

  • hi

i have lync 2010 fe and edge servers. i have federation with some domains (for example: test.com).

the state of lync to lync calls's and conferences's with users from domain test.com is ok.

i have trouble with lync online (for example: test.onmicrosoft.com). when i make lync to lync call to user from test.onmicrosoft.com, i have audio in one way. user from test.onmicrosoft.com hears me, and i don't hear user from test.onmicrosoft.com.

    what could be the problem?

    thanks in advance

  • Hi,

Looks like a firewall issue , can you cross check the audio ports allowed on firewall ?

    Thanks
