1) Can I incorporate both the servers in a single server.
2) Is there any migration tool available to assist the migration.

Hello,
1) You can't combine the Edge and Front end roles into a single Windows server.
2) There isn't a migration tool as the migration path is coexistence not a in-place upgrade, Microsoft has provided some guidance on this process:
Migration from OCS 2007 R2 to Lync 2010: http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/gg413057(v=ocs.14).aspx
Migration from OCS 2007 to Lync 2010: http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=7327
