  • Question

  • as a Lync Administrator
Is it possible to Send IM on behalf of other User?

Like in Exchange you can give permission (send-as, full access and more)
Can I do it on Skype for business\Lync Server?

It sounds possible cause federation people is not from our domain and Can send IM to us,

If it possible somehow (command, Software engineering with the SDK or somehow else)?

  • Hi,

Not by default. You have always to register at the user who should send IM.

You can find the sdk here
