Lync 2013 freezing RRS feed

  • Microsoft Lync 2013 client is freezing a lot, showing not responding after every click. I have reinstalled Lync client. I check my ID on diffrent system its workng fine.

  • Hi daljeetrehan,

    You can recreate the Windows profile for the user. 

    1. Sign out and log on with another administrative account.

    2. Rename the user’s profile.

    3. Delete or rename the registry key matching the user’s SID from “HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\WindowsNT\CurrentVersion\ProfileList”. Check the value “ProfileImagePath” to make sure you pick the correct profile.

    4. Restart and log in with the user’s account.

    5. Copy the files from the old folder, if necessary.
