    Would you please tell us did the issue only appear on the specific user?

    Please try to test with another user check if there is the same issue.

    Make sure you have correct user name and password, and SFB FE service is starting, all DNS records are pointing to your SFB FE server.

    If only specific user had the issue, please try to compare user attributes in AD between the affect user and other normal users.

    Please also check if there are any event IDs in SFB application log.
