  • Hi Satyam,

We need more information in order to help you.

When do you get this error message? PWA? Project Pro? While doing what? Is it happening for all users? etc...

    Hope this helps,

  • Hi Guillaume

We observe the event log when the below happens and happens for most of the users.

When ever the user are saving the project (PWA) the projects are going in to the queue and the user gets the pop up message that "the create operation has been queued, but is taking longer than expected to process"

And some times we are not able to find in the  Queue jobs, and once the queue jobs are completed we are unable to find the project, we then have to go to "Server settings" and then "Change or restart workflow"  select the project from source to destination list and then "Choose new Enterprise Project Type or restart workflow for current Enterprise Project Type " and click ok

Guillaume, thanks for taking the time.
