  • Hi AbdiMreza,

    According to your error message, it may be something wrong with the certificate of Edge server, please refer to the document below to check your certificate
    https://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/gg398409(v=ocs.15).aspx

    If your user is a remote user, please make sure you have enabled the following option:
    Lync Control Panel >> Access Edge Configuration >> Enabled Remote User Access.
