    PS C:\Users\askype> Get-CsBackupServiceStatus -PoolFqdn contoso1.contoso.es

    ActiveMachineFqdn   OverallExportStatus OverallImportStatus BackupModules
    -----------------   ------------------- ------------------- -------------
    contoso1.contoso.es          FinalState         NormalState {UserServices.PresenceFocus:[FinalState,NormalState], Co...

    PS C:\Users\askype> Get-CsBackupServiceStatus -PoolFqdn contoso2.contoso.es

    ActiveMachineFqdn   OverallExportStatus OverallImportStatus BackupModules
    -----------------   ------------------- ------------------- -------------
    contoso2.contoso.es          FinalState         NormalState {UserServices.PresenceFocus:[FinalState,NormalState], Co...

    Any idea about this issue?

    Thanks in advanced!

  • Hi Eneko,

Please kindly note that the event 4069 is a detected by-design issue and could be ignored right now, hope it will be fixed in future CU updates.

    Resolution:

Checked BackupStatus -> ok - Debug-CsInterPoolReplication after a couple of Mins to check if Replication works -> ok - Event Logs -> Different Batch File every time ->Replication works -> Event 4069 can be ignored ->There is no solution accepted by PG to remove 4069 Warning -> current design

Symptom: Skype for Business pools throwing warning LS Backup Service 4069 frequently

    Cause: By Design

Resolution: Engineering investigated the issue and mentioned that the warning is safe to ignore.

    Kind regards,

    Calvin Liu
