In reading the Lync 2013 documentation, a contact is either a:
- Person (who can sign into Lync 2013 or a public IM connectivity client)
- Phone Number
My question is whether or not this still applies to SFB 2016? I have a requirement to create a custom contact that essentially adds an entry to the call center queue (Cisco). There is a REST API to interact with the Cisco queue, but from what I've been reading so far it seems like a SFB custom command is the way to go.
Anyone have any other ideas?
