Is there anyway to change the available "Days to Sync" options for an Office 365 email account for mobile phone email? When I setup an Exchange or Corporate email account for one of my employee's smart phones (iOS or Android), I am only
provided the options of syncing email for:
On some Android phones, a message tells me that these settings are dictated by the email server. I'd like to increase the time to two weeks or a month. I'm an administrator on our Office 365 Exchange account, and I cannot seem to find a setting
to override these lengths.
My experience is that this setting can only managed from the individual devices when using ActiveSync for data synchronization. 3rd party vendors may have more support for pushing down preferred settings.
