  • Question

  • we couldn't find the location of your onedrive folder.

I can't connect to OneDrive for any new users

User: Office 365 user for business.

We have A/S in the company name. It has been a problem on Macbook before and I think it is the problem now on windows 10.

Do anybody have a solution to this problem?

    Regards

  • Hi,

By "OneDrive" you mean OneDrive for Business, am I correct?

I'd recommend you try resetting the OneDrive client and then check if this issue continues. To do this, please follow:

    1. Press the Windows key + R to open the Run window.

    2. In the Run window enter the following:

    %localappdata%\Microsoft\OneDrive\onedrive.exe /reset

    3. Click OK. The OneDrive system tray icon on the desktop should disappear and re-appear after a minute or two.

    4. If the OneDrive system tray icon does not re-appear after a few minutes, try starting OneDrive via typing the following command in Run window and press Enter.

    %localappdata%\Microsoft\OneDrive\onedrive.exe

Please let me know the result.

    Regards,

  • It can be caused by your company name, if it includes the danish A/S.

A solution is posted by another dane on this page: https://onedrive.uservoice.com/forums/262982-onedrive/suggestions/9281949-allow-renaming-root-folder-onedrive-folder
