May I ask what's the OS for the client you want to RDP to the server?
Could you please also try another user account to have a try?
Please check if there is error IDs that are registered.

For the error " recycle bin is corrupted" you could try to follow commands.
RD /S /Q Drive-Letter:\$Recycle.bin
