  • In Outlook I have Imap and Microsoft Exchange syncing ( I haver a gmail account and a Office 365 account) and have duplicate tasks posting.  Need to stop the duplications.  Any suggestions?

    As a test, can you create a new profile and test if the same symptom happens or open outlook in safe mode and check if the problem occurs?

    Do you mean you have duplicate emails in your Outlook? Where do you have duplicate emails, in Exchange account mailbox? Please provide more details about this issue. 

    Do other users in your organization have the same symptom?

    As is mentioned above, you can try to create a new Outlook profile, or create a separated Outlook file for your gmail account and an Office 365 account. Check to see if the issue persists.
