    We are in the process of implementing Live Meeting with anonymous access for external users.   Our security department has requested that we disable the ability for file transfer to external users.    Is it possible to disable the ability for presenters to upload handouts ?

    Hi, is LiveMeeting hosted online services or it's an on-premise environment hosted on Office Communications Server?

    If it's on-premise environment, simply disable the rule on reverse proxy to disabling external users to download meeting content (Handout) for your meetings.

    If it's hosted online, there isn't an option to disabling users to download handouts, would you please call LiveMeeting phone support get further help?
