How to mark certain mail as received in Excel? RRS feed

  • Hello!

    I recently helped my colleague to setup personalised mails using mail merge. Everything works there, but now we would also like to track mails, from certain recipients. We would like to track it in the same excel file that we used for mail merge. Is there an easy way to do this?

    I'm not sure if it's related, but someone said that maybe CRM can do it? Can anyone else share some insights on that?
